The 9th Class programme under Gujarat State Open School (GSOS) is equivalent to Class IX of the formal school system. This foundation course prepares students for the 10th Class Board Examinations through flexible Open & Distance Learning (ODL) mode.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum age: 14 years completed as on 31st July of admission year.
There is no upper age limit for admission.
Candidate must be literate and able to read & write.
School dropouts who previously studied in Class 8th or 9th can take direct admission.
